Better Times was built by civil engineers who watched site timesheets leak money: workers clocked in at the yard, idle time paid at full rate, and buddy clocking nobody could prove. So we built a system that clocks people in where the work actually happens.
Clock in at the workface, not the gate
Clock your team in after they have put on their PPE, drawn their tools and reached their place of work. Clock them out at the end of the shift, before they walk back to the yard. You pay for productive time, and the GPS location on every clocking shows they were on site.
Built for how sites really run
- No signal? No problem. Clockings are stored on the supervisor’s phone and sync when it reconnects.
- Moving between sites. Clock a worker in at the new site and the system clocks them out of the old one.
- Rugged phones welcome. Use any Android or iPhone that reads NFC, including tough site phones.
- Tags where you need them. NFC stickers go on hard hats, ID cards or key rings.
